ไมโครซอฟท์ประกาศว่า อัพเดตวินโดวส์รอบเดือนกรกฎามคม (KB5040442) พบบั๊กทำให้บางเครื่องเด้งเข้าหน้า Bitlocker Recovery หลังบูท โดยเฉพาะเครื่องที่เปิด Device Encryption เอาไว้

ทางแก้ก็คือต้องไปหาคีย์ Bitlocker ใน Microsoft Account มาปลดล็อก โดยไมโครซอฟท์ระบุว่ากำลังสืบสวนอยู่ว่าสาเหตุเกิดจากอะไร

เครื่องที่กระทบ มีทั้งฝั่งไคลเอนท์ที่รัน Windows 11 version 23H2, Windows 11 version 22H2, Windows 11 version 21H2, Windows 10 version 22H2, Windows 10 version 21H2

และฝั่งเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่รัน Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008

พอใส่แล้วก็เข้าไม่ได้ จอฟ้า วนไป ลงใหม่จบๆไป ไล่ปิด bitlocker ไปแล้ว ไม่ต้องป้องกันอะไรมันละ

ไปตามเส้นทางนี้บน GPO ครับ

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage end user experience > Configure Automatic Updates

เลือก Policy เป็น Enable และเลือก Option เบอร์ 2
ระบบจะ Notify สำหรับ Download Update แต่จะไม่ Auto Update ครับ จนกว่าเราจะสั่งการเอง

Bitlocker ตามที่ผมเข้าใจคือ ใช้กับ notebook ที่เครื่องโดนกระชากกระเป๋าหรือทุบกระจกรถเอาไปได้ แล้วคุณจะเข้าถึงข้อมูลใน harddisk หรือ ssd ไม่ได้เลย ไม่ได้ออกแบบมาให้กู้ Data ได้ต้อง format ทิ้งสถานเดียว เพราะงั้นถ้า ไม่ใช่ PC หรือ notebook ตั้งที่บ้านไม่ได้ออกมานอกบ้านแน่ ๆ แล้วจะใช้ จริง ๆ ผมแนะนำว่าให้ ซื้อ OneDrive ตัว 1TB แล้วเปิด Sync ทั้ง Drive เต็มระบบ ไปเลยจะดีกว่านะครับ
