อังกฤษประกาศอันดับรถที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

กรมการข่นส่งของอังกฤษ ได้ประกาศอันดับรถรุ่นใหม่ที่ผู้ซื้อควรซื้อ เพื่อรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ผ่านทางหน้าเว็บไซด์ http://www.dft.gov.uk/ActOnCO2 โดยการจัดอันดับนี้ใช้หลังเกณฑ์การแนะนำของนิตยสาร What Car?

ในเว็บผู้ที่สนใจจะสามารถสืบค้นรถรุ่นต่างๆได้จาก ยี่ห้อรถ เครื่องยนต์และชนิดน้ำมัน ผลที่สืบค้นออกมาจะแสดงรถที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมมากที่สุด โดยปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์น้อยที่สุดเป็นอันดับแรก

รถที่อยู่นี้การสืบค้นทุกรุ่นจะต้องผ่านการวัดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์จากเจ้าหน้าที่ และจะสามารถวางจำหน่ายได้เมื่อผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดตามกฎหมาย

โดยอันดับคร่าว ๆ มีดังนี้
