*Conducts periodic status checkpoints with team to assess progress against plan.

*Execute full lifecycle software development
*Write well designed, testable, efficient code
*Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
*Tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
*Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
*Comply with project plans and coding standard
