Data Visualization
• Strong reporting and data visualization experience across a variety of tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Business Objects, Slemma
• Ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into high impact reports and visualizations
• In-depth knowledge around best practices in data visualization design and the presentation of information in order to enable business users to arrive at insights quickly and efficiently
• Passion for data; Hands-on experience integrating, querying and preparing datasets for reporting and analytics
• Strong communication skills; The ability to communicate effectively with partners in the Data & Analytics and Technology organization, as well as with business partners.
• Experience working in agile development environments and an “agile mindset” (rapid iterations and deliverables, ongoing engagement with business stakeholders)
• Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field, with 5 years' professional experience.
• Proven experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Slemma; Knowledge of other reporting and visualizations such as PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau, Business Objects, SAS Visual Analytics, open source reporting tools desired but not required
• Knowledge of SQL and/or ETL tools; Hands-on experience integrating and modeling data for reporting and analytics use cases
• Demonstrated experience building reports and visualizations for business users to drive decision-making/insights
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Experience in retail/consumer brand environments preferred
