Power/Abilities

For Developer

• Coding Skill: Javascript ES6, HTML, CSS, React*
• Server-side Script Knowledge, PHP or nodejs
• Ability to debug, breakdown scenarios and identify code errors.
• Know git or subversion controls.
• Some geekiness towards digital technologies; You have to understand how things work in order to create it.
• Systematic approach to solve a solution, you should be able to outline a path to solving issues you’re facing day to day.

For Designer

• You can showcase your ability to identify and create a good design; aesthetically, usability,
• Problem solving mindset

For newbie, fresh out from uni/school, this is what we are looking for

We welcome newly baked as well, if you do not process those abilities, we will be judging from your potential and ability to grow.

• You have a desire to understand how things (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) works.
• You have good foundation of how coding works, if…else, iteration for….loop.
• You show a strong desire to learn.

For seasons developers, we looking for these in terms of coding quality

• Predictability: People should be able to predict what your code does, variable naming, function name, how you structured and design the functions matter.
• Performance: You code should perform well, it should not consume unnecessary computing power or RAMs.
• Scalability: Your code structure should be flexible enough to handle requirement changes and scale for bigger use.
