Supervisor, BI Technical

Job Description:
• Drive good governance over the architecture, EDW, Data Modelling, Tools
• Drive the development best practice
• Secure the standard development method
• Secure effective data modelling
• Interact with the source system to secure data accuracy for extraction
• Secure the smooth transition of business needs from BI Business for effective development
• Drive development knowledge sharing for both BI Business and BI Technical

Qualification:
• Good in Business Intelligence technical skills and experience with Microsoft BI tools
• Experience in BI technical at least 8 years
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields (i.e. Information System, Business Processes)
• Understanding of and strong interest in data and data modelling
• Knowledge of either financial processes, production, logistics, and quality assurance
• Commitment, interest and ability to have the dialogue with business units on processes and IT supporting solutions
• Ability and confidence to work self-driven and manage your own time and assignments while still being a strong team player
• Experience with Qlikview and/or MS BI is an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong data governance
• Good communication skill in English
