Primary Position Responsibilities:
•Rebuild existing Corporate Website with rich and interactive elements

•Use existing designs in Photoshop and/or Illustrator to develop functionality and usability

•Build an interactive media capability within the company, design web projects including structure/navigation and visuals for websites and intranets

•Ensure appropriate website architecture and format, including animated graphics, static photographs, HTML and Java script coding with Flash components

•Assist in additional HTML document production to support company marketing

•Implement basic content management system for company events and blogs

•Interface website with corporate social networking/blog sites like Wordpress, Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

•Maintain and document requirements (web, programming, database and standard)

•Teach, coach and mentor the other staff on how to maintain website at a high level and frequency.

Qualifications needed or certainly preferred:

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Web Design, or related field required

•Minimum 2 + years equivalent work experience required (this is negotiable if you are good)

•Ability to effectively communicate, inform and involve others to achieve shared objectives

•Attentiveness to detail and the ability to work independently with strategic insights are imperative

•Demonstrated proficiency with content management systems and web-related technologies including Microsoft ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, Fireworks, Flash, and web and database architecture required

•Good English speaking and writing ability;

•Intelligent, creative, has initiative, with very good organization skills and habits

•Generally happy person, kind and considerate and works well in team situation
