Job Description
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years work experience in project management in software development industry.
• 2 years of experience as Project Manager with 2 years experience in managing software development team of 10+ staff.
• Strong technical knowledge in either JAVA or COBOL
• Good relevant technical/programming/business background.
• Experience in Performance and Development program to identify and act on individual job performance and career development needs for team member.
• Strong time management skills, Leadership Management skills and multi-tasking skills with the ability to maintain focus on each item.
