ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์

Job Descriptions :
- Troubleshoot and resolve the customer server operation issue.
- Use monitoring tools such as Nagios to review alerts and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with hardware/software vendor for hardware/software issue when out of scope.
- Remotely connect to servers, applications, network devices to troubleshoot fault or handle incidents.
- Use ticket tracking system to record all work activity, and follow up with the customer.
- Trobleshoot every case and check the opportunity to restore the service or give workaround in order to meet the customer needs.
- If the incident or ticket cannot be solved immediately, follow escalation procedure and assign ticket to appropriate teams and coordinate for solutions.

Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related program.
- Have experiences in System Engineer more then 3 years.
- Strong experience of window server 2003,2008
- Permission,AD,DHCP,DNS,ISA, Group policy.
- Strong experience of Back up system
- Backup Exec or ArcServe.
- Strong experience of Antivirus system
- Trend micro,Symantec, or McAfee.
- Experience of Mail system
- Exchange or Lotus notes.
- Experience of VMware is an advantage.
- Experience of Storage is an advantage.

- If work after 17.00 will get OT
- If no sick leave all year company will offer 10,000 bath per / year

- If no sick leave and late all year company will offer 15,000 bath per / year
