The Role:
As our Software Engineer (Android & iOS), you will be helping Playlab reaching our Vision of World-Class game on all platforms. Your expertise in C++ or in Java (depending on the platform) will help us to make unique, robust and solid games that are enjoyed by players around the world. You will be working alongside of our international team, passionate in gaming. Together we create the best user experience filled with challenges and fun!

What you will do:

• Responsible for design, develop, implement, maintain native software applications.
• Deliver high quality code within the stipulated deadlines
• Take ownership of the application and continuously test & improve the application
• Provide the team with insight and ideas to make successful technological decisions (like plugins to use or not use, SDKs, etc)
• Develop best practices and participate with teams on all designs and code reviews.
• Help artists and designers to make best decisions and smooth integrations with the project.

What you will bring:

• 3+ years of IOS development AND 3+ years of Android development.
• Expert-level knowledge of Objective C/ Swift with at least 3+-years of experience developing IOS -based applications and/or products.
• Expert-level knowledge of Android with at least 3+-years of experience developing Android-based applications and/or products.
• Knowledge of IOSs and Android common software design patterns, including the ones needed to develop connected applications with high-performing UI.
• Deep understanding of the internals of the IOS SDK (frameworks like UI kit, Cocoa touch, Core location, Core data) and also of Android frameworks.
• Experience working with remote data via REST, JSON, TCP and UDP protocols
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
• Strong object-oriented design experience
• Exposure to agile practices , SCRUM methodology and tools like JIRA preferred
• Knowledge in Unity and C# is a plus
• English proficiency
