Responsibilities:
• Provide various types of Online Application Support posted in SERVICE DESK
Ticketing System; or posting through Marketing LINE Groups.
• Collaborate with other teams for developing solutions and/or troubleshooting.
• Identify, investigate, log, and fix any bugs/issues reported.
• Develop user/system manual as required.
• Assist and participate in various kind of IT application testing.
• Provide technical trainings to users.
• Complete the tasks as per assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years+ IT support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related fields.
• Having a service min.
• Having background/knowledge in Insurance Industry is preferable.
• Is able to perform multi-tasks and manage workload under time pressure and
priorities change.
• Possess interpersonal, presentation, communication, negotiations skills.
