Job Description
Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Digital Cinema equipment
Service support (site visit, phone, remote) and planned maintenance of Digital Cinema equipment
Understand customer requirements and provide customized solution based on their needs
Testing and evaluation of software and hardware solutions developed by the company
RMA testing and logistics coordination
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality Customer Service Support.
Forecasting and ensuring on‐time availability of spare parts for customer needs.
Analysing the root cause of failures
Interaction with customers, resellers & system integrators to provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting
Maintaining a good rapport with customer, resellers & system integrators.
General Requirements
Aptitude to learn new technologies
Willingness to work during non‐working hours and holidays occasionally.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Should possess good troubleshooting skills.
Can work independently with limited supervision.
Preferred Academic & Job Skills
ITE or equivalent from Electronics, Computer, Information technology or any other related streams.
Previous work experience as “IT Service support” is an added advantage
Hands‐on experience on Linux shell and Windows operating systems is an added advantage.
Knowledge of computer networking is an added advantage.
Computer hardware troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of system integration is an added advantage.
Electronic, electrical, signalling and cabling knowledge is an added advantage.
Background of working with Digital Cinema equipment is an advantage
