Salary 20,000-28,000 THB

Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in IT or related field
• 2-3 years experiences in general IT support
• Basic knowledge in computer PC Hardware, LAN, Printer, O365
• Able to work in shift

Responsibilities:
• Perform call logging to ITSM tool (in house developed tool)
• Perform remote support to end user PC or devices
• Perform on site support to end user e.g. replace new PC, fix problem of handheld devices
• Perform basic software (in-house and package) trouble shooting
• Escalate to software support or infrastructure support team
