A 10-million-dollar-in-revenue-per-year Singapore company is looking to open a software development branch in Bangkok. We are looking to hire Quality Assurance who will be responsible for driving quality by leading the development of programs, conducting audits and providing feedback to ensure Lunch Actually standards are maintained and service integrity is preserved. Consults with management/team leads to resolve quality and efficiency problems. Functions as an information source to engineers and management when quality issues occur. Function in conjunction with manager and quality assurance services on special department projects.

The Quality Assurance will work as part of the Product Team to provide structured performance and capability development for their assigned engineers. The primary function of the QA is to help agents improve their performance by providing clear and consistent guidance and expectations.

This team is working with some of most advanced technologies including the augmented reality (AR) support offered in ARKit and ARCore, Blockchain, and Tensor Flow. As a member of our fast-paced organization, you will have the unique and rewarding opportunity to craft new products that will delight and inspire millions of people every day.
The ideal QA for this role is comfortable working in a dynamic and creative team charged with exploring an uncharted and rapidly evolving domain. You'll need a keen understanding of the current state of security, privacy, scalability and performance. We are building a passionate and diverse team that will span a broad range of application categories.

Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting usability testing
Plan and facilitate collaborative critiques and analysis working sessions.
Work closely with visual designers and development teams to ensure that customer goals are met, and design specifications are delivered upon.
Analyze and synthesize the results of usability testing to provide recommendations for needed changes.
Uses the appropriate technology and techniques available to conduct test requirements.
Conducts test planning, entrance/exit criteria development, test support, data collection and analysis, analytic analysis, test evaluation and reporting.
Creates artifacts such as Usability Testing Plan, Testing Scripts, Usability Testing Reports.
Creates Quality Control Plan.
Performs Quality Audits during all phases of project to include design and production.
Implements quality standards and insures that standards meet rules, regulations and guidelines.
Practical experience with the Apple and Google development ecosystem
