Damon Baker อดีตหัวหน้าฝ่ายจัดการพาร์ทเนอร์ของ Nintendo อเมริกา ที่คอยจัดหาเกมอินดี้จากสตูดิโออิสระ รวมถึงเกมระดับ AAA จากสตูดิโอใหญ่ๆ มาลง Switch ประกาศร่วมงานกับทีม Xbox ของไมโครซอฟท์ในฝ่าย Head of Portfolio

Baker ประกาศลาออกจาก Nintendo ตั้งแต่เดือนธันวาคม หลังร่วมงานกันมานานกว่า 12 ปี ขณะที่หน้าที่ใหม่ที่ Xbox ก็ดูจะคล้ายๆ เดิม ตามที่เจ้าตัวทวีตว่าคือการประเมินคอนเทนท์จาก 2nd และ 3rd party ให้ตรงกับยุทธศาสตร์ของไมโครซอฟท์
