Responsibilities
Global Management System
- Based on technical consultant specifications configure existing capabilities to deliver the required solution (e.g. event and log monitoring, software packaging, system monitoring, and job scheduling) for the development groups.
- Be part of a technical support group to provide 2rd level of an existing Global Operations-Management Systems
-Work with local expert groups to provide a basic level of consultancy, understanding and engagement with shared support services.
-Support new Management Systems capabilities based on design specifications from development and quality assurance team
-Perform and support alpha/beta testing of new products and provide feedback on product quality and performance in Technical operation viewpoint.
-Keep abreast of Communication technology, Information Technology trends and deliver a Great Service to client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineer, Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 years experience with Management Systems with central management tool (Tivoli, McAfee/EPO).
• Familiarity with IBM Management Systems Software e.g. TPM, Netcool Suite, ITM would be advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in software packaging and deployment.
• Good knowledge of database- Oracle- would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Perl script or one other scripting programming language would be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of networks would be an advantage.
• Able to learn new knowledge and skills even without structured training.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to produce high quality documentation in English.
• Good Team -player with inter-personal skills.
