We are seeking a highly motivated IT specialist who can help build our IT capability. We require someone with strong fundamental experience, who can effectively communicate with teams in the business, identify needs, and proactively help InDeed to shape its IT strategy and solutions.

Position Description: Information Technology Coordinator

• Manage data server for 3-4 data projects within the business across 3-4 markets (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam)

• Migrate Thailand and Malaysia project databases from developer SQL server to company server

• Integrate project needs and customer requirements with GIS application providers

• Enhance and manage local Thai office network and infrastructure

• Set up and manage MS Exchange server for a group of subsidiaries

• Assist in migrating websites to group server and manage

• Manage application development using local resource (see below)

• Source or provide Java programming resource for application development for the group (2-3 projects per year)

• Manage aspects of Netsuite CRM implementation across the group

• Specify, source, and help select a new global knowledge management system

Requirements:

• Degree and relevant experience in information technology development / computer science / database management

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT related role

• Strong English and Thai skills, effective communication skills

• Willingness to help build the IT capability and approach for a small global consulting firm

Salary: Approximately 35,000–50,000 BTH per month depending on experience.
