Job Description
- Utilizing the existing features in the systems to develop new products or to enhance current products.
- Change/improve processes that are either manual or tedious by new automated processes.
- Add new features already available in the system to existing products.
- Enhance growth by adding new products that are existing in the system.
- Fix existing Errors/Issues.
- Interact between Business & IT units to transform business requirement into IT design and functionalities.
- Review features and functionality of system and advise business to better use the system for growth and operational efficiency.
- Improve both technical and business process to be more efficient.
- Resolve issues and support the IT team to fix errors in the system.
- Make presentations to management.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken language. (Both Thai & English)
- Experience in banking application/process is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes.
