Job Description

  • Utilizing the existing features in the systems to develop new products or to enhance current products.
  • Change/improve processes that are either manual or tedious by new automated processes.
  • Add new features already available in the system to existing products.
  • Enhance growth by adding new products that are existing in the system.
  • Fix existing Errors/Issues.
  • Interact between Business & IT units to transform business requirement into IT design and functionalities.
  • Review features and functionality of system and advise business to better use the system for growth and operational efficiency.
  • Improve both technical and business process to be more efficient.
  • Resolve issues and support the IT team to fix errors in the system.
  • Make presentations to management.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken language. (Both Thai & English)
  • Experience in banking application/process is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes.
